Boomer Sooner", and maybe</B></I></div> <div> <I><B>still has one of her QSL cards.</B></I></div> <div> <I><B>But there's more to the story, never before shared here.  Jackie owned the</B></I></div> <div> <I><B>first set of Browning Golden Eagles I ever saw or heard.  Many a night, after</B></I></div> <div> <I><B>the bowling alley was closed, we'd be on the air 'til the wee hours, or I could be found at their 10-20 watching & listening as she turned the dials, tuned in distant SSB signals or ratchet-jawed on Channel 19.  Her station was a local legend in short order.</B></I></div> <div> <I><B>After being completely away from CB radio for many years, my interest rekindled itself in the late 1990's.  My first mission:  find a set of Eagles.  From there, the obsession grew to collecting and doing some swapping & trading.   Then came the revival of the Browning Laboratories, Inc. name and website.  All that can be traced directly back to Jackie's kindness, enthusiasm and her willingness to share her Browning experience.</B></I></div> <div> <I><B>Thank you, Jackie, for all the wonderful memories.</B></I></div> <div> <I><B>73,</B></I></div> <div> <I><B>Night Eagle</B></I></div> <div> <I><B><IMG SRC="1382db030.gif" border=0 width="475" height="3" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">      </B></I><B>  </B></div> <div> <I><B>Browning -
